Refund policy

All sales are final. Certain exceptions may be made for order errors, or damaged products.  Lost orders that purchased Route shipping insurance will be replaced after a missing mail claim is made, orders without Route will not be replaced, credited or refunded.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. The fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify.
